From September 7 to 9, Nuova Simonelli will be at the Paris Coffee Show, officially presenting the NUOVA Aurelia and supporting the « Championnat de France des Techniciens Café » (French Championship of Coffee Technicians).
Nuova Simonelli will be at the Paris Coffee Show, stand J06, to officially introduce the NUOVA Aurelia to the French market. This professional espresso machine is designed to enhance beverage consistency, speed up workflow, reduce energy consumption and coffee waste, and eliminate the need for staff training. The Nuova Aurelia MP, a professional multi-boiler espresso machine, guarantees great precision and control over extraction and can manage various coffee profiles thanks to its independent group system. On September 7-8, the five coffee technicians finalists will compete for the « Championnat de France des Techniciens Café« . Conceived by Nuova Simonelli, the contest was immediately appreciated by the organizers of the Paris Coffee Show, becoming an important annual event that rewards professional technicians. The five finalists will compete over two days in three rounds: a written test with multiple-choice questions, a practical test where they must solve a deliberately caused technical fault on a coffee station composed of Nuova Aurelia and MDJ coffee grinder, and an additional quality control test. The judges will evaluate the candidates’ performances to select the winner of the Champion de France des Techniciens Café 2024.
