Nuova Simonelli promotes the French Championship of Coffee Technicians
For the 2023 Paris Coffee Show, Nuova Simonelli, Collectif Café, and Composants Diffusion are organizing the second edition of the French Championship of Coffee Technicians – a competition of those who everyday assist the barista guaranteeing the best performance from the machinery to brew the best cup of coffee. The competition has been idealized by Nuova Simonelli to purposefully bring to light the importance of coffee technicians, and what they do for the coffee community.
The showdown of the competition will be on September 9th and 10th during the Paris Coffee Show 2023 festival at Parc Floral of Paris. During the final round, the six technicians that won the previous one will be judged based on their ability to uncover malfunctions on all the traditional coffee machines on the market. They will also be evaluated for their knowledge and capacity to diagnose, solve problems, and set different types of machinery.
