From 18 to 22 January, Nuova Simonelli will be at Sigep, hall B1 stand 154.

The event will be full of innovations and solutions for chains, roasters, hotels, pastry shops and restaurants. Nuova Simonelli is set to showcase the NUOVA Aurelia Volumetric XT, with a touchscreen display, with 3 and 4 dispensing groups to guarantee high productivity and excellent extraction quality. NUOVA Aurelia Volumetric XT is a single-boiler espresso machine with 5 dispensing buttons for each group that introduces a series of features designed to improve beverage consistency, performance, workflow and ease of maintenance. The E-Milk technology allows you to froth milk automatically and can set up to nine personalised recipes. All the barista has to do is press a button to obtain perfect cream foam without the need for training. The energy management program, on the other hand, helps improve the environmental and economic sustainability of the location.
